Tasks

  • •Support charging infrastructure in @Home and @Work segments
  • •Collaborate with partners, installers, and internal teams
  • •Implement the European eMobility strategy
  • •Organize appointments, trainings, and technical events
  • •Ensure transparent information flow with stakeholders
  • •Optimize customer care processes and workflows
  • •Lead technical and organizational project initiatives
  • •Research market information to improve service quality
  • •Manage ticketing, monitoring, and backend systems
  • •Analyze KPIs and technical reports
  • •Perform diagnostics and resolve AC charging errors
  • •Coordinate with hardware manufacturers and suppliers
  • •Advise on standard products and installation topics
  • •Support AC charger configuration and technical requirements
  • •Conduct technical trainings for internal and external groups
