Requirements

  • Travel of 30-50% within Europe
  • University degree in chemistry or technical discipline
  • Technical or specialty chemical sales experience
  • Technical understanding of chemicals and polymers
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of Lubrizol portfolio (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and SAP
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness and ability to travel
