- Previous experience writing advanced code in node.js, typescript, or Javascript
- Previous experience in decentralized storage or cloud domain
- Experience leading, contributing to, reviewing, and moderating open-source projects
- Wide professional network in the web3 spaces

- Validate web3 infrastructure with stakeholders
- Design and implement resilient distributed systems
- Run, scale, and maintain production software
- Build and mentor teams in web3 development
- Oversee deliverables and ensure execution aligns with vision
