Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • •Experience in lead roles (Software Architect, Tech Lead, or comparable)
  • •Proven track record at a senior level
  • •Outstanding experience with Go in a professional backend environment
  • •Expertise in frontend technologies (React/Typescript)
  • •Extensive experience with Columnar Databases (Druid, Clickhouse) and streaming systems (Kafka)
  • •Experience with processing and visualizing large amounts of data
  • •Understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • •Comfortable managing people in a leadership role
  • •Ability to connect business and tech
  • •Readiness for multi-tasking and stakeholder management

Tasks

  • •Contribute to backend development of demand solutions in Go
  • •Maintain microservice architecture for dashboard communication
  • •Utilize event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis for reliable communication
  • •Collaborate with developers for knowledge sharing and peer code reviews
  • •Work with DynamoDB to ensure few-millisecond response times for APIs
  • •Build and improve Druid queries for fast analysis in the dashboard
  • •Collect and aggregate billions of daily API events in Kafka and Kinesis streams
  • •Design and maintain APIs for external partners to manage advertising campaigns
