Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in IT Infrastruktur/IT-Operations
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in Windows, Linux, Virtualisierung (Hyper-V/VMware), AD/Entra ID & M365, Azure, Google Workspace/GCP, Firewalls/Netzwerk, Monitoring/Alerting, Backup/Restores, Scripting (PowerShell/Bash), IaC/Automation
  • Verständnis für ITIL-Prozesse und KPI-gesteuertes Service-Management; idealerweise Praxis mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. Freshservice)
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Tasks

  • Ein Team aus Fachinformatiker:innen und (Wirtschafts-)Informatiker:innen führen und entwickeln
  • IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk & Server, on-prem & Cloud) auf Stabilität, Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Kosten ausrichten
  • Effizienten 1st/2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter:innen (Office & mobil) bereitstellen
  • ITSM-Prozesse steuern
  • Unterstützung von externen Partnern organisieren
  • Verträge, Lizenzen, Budgets und Compliance managen
