  • Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • 10+ years in similar/senior position (aerospace/drones), proven results
  • Strong team leadership and organizational skills
  • Good overview of aircraft functions (engineering/production)
  • Extensive experience in FEM and CFD (handcalcs, processes, methods, SW-tools)
  • CAD Systems expertise (Catia, 3DExperience)
  • Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing
  • Solid understanding of composite design
  • Full proficiency in English language
  • Thriving in collaborative environments, valuing collective success
  • Positive mindset and proactive attitude to challenges
  • Belief in technology's power for societal improvement

  • Drive future design solutions
  • Establish lean processes, methods, and tools
  • Integrate CAD and PLM systems
  • Define mechanical architecture
  • Define optimal product structure
  • Ensure design compliance with all requirements
  • Compile related documentation
  • Support daily Mechanical Engineering operations
