- Strong team leadership and organizational skills
- Good overview of aircraft functions (engineering/production)
- Extensive experience in FEM and CFD (handcalcs, processes, methods, SW-tools)
- CAD Systems expertise (Catia, 3DExperience)
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing
- Solid understanding of composite design
- Full proficiency in English language
- Thriving in collaborative environments, valuing collective success
- Positive mindset and proactive attitude to challenges
- Belief in technology's power for societal improvement

- Scout and evaluate new technologies
- Drive future design solutions
- Establish lean processes, methods, and tools
- Integrate CAD and PLM systems
- Define mechanical architecture
- Define optimal product structure
- Ensure design compliance with all requirements
- Compile related documentation
- Support daily Mechanical Engineering operations
