Requirements

  • 7+ years in internal, corporate, or strategic communications, preferably within an international or matrix organization
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to translate business strategy into clear communication narratives and priorities
  • Experience in change and leadership communication with high governance awareness
  • Capability to set direction, empower teams, drive accountability, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English skills
  • German skills considered an advantage
  • Consistent record of planning, managing, and executing complex, multi-dimensional communication projects

Tasks

  • Shape and develop global internal communication strategy
  • Align strategy with Corporate Communications, brand, and Reach Higher 2030+
  • Define tone of voice, governance, standards, and processes
  • Steer global editorial and topic planning
  • Ensure clear narratives and messaging consistency
  • Simplify communication for strategic relevance and impactful storytelling
  • Coordinate global internal communication ecosystem
  • Manage intranet and collaboration platforms
  • Ensure well-orchestrated push-and-pull communication model
  • Lead internal communication for major initiatives, change, and crisis situations
  • Empower leaders as communicators with guidance, tools, and formats
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications and HR
  • Act as strategic partner to Management, HR, and regional hubs
  • Lead and develop global internal communication team
  • Foster culture of performance, accountability, and innovation
