Tasks
- Manage and maintain global intranet content
- Create, edit, publish, and update intranet content
- Support regional and functional content owners
- Ensure clarity, quality, and consistency of intranet pages
- Prepare and adapt content for internal communication
- Contribute to editorial planning and publishing schedules
- Support internal communication campaigns
- Follow internal communication guidelines and standards
- Act as first point of contact for intranet questions
- Collaborate with Internal Communications team and HR
- Work with regional contacts to improve content and user experience
- Support basic analytics for content and user experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree
