Requirements

Tasks

  • Manage and maintain global intranet content
  • Create, edit, publish, and update intranet content
  • Support regional and functional content owners
  • Ensure clarity, quality, and consistency of intranet pages
  • Prepare and adapt content for internal communication
  • Contribute to editorial planning and publishing schedules
  • Support internal communication campaigns
  • Follow internal communication guidelines and standards
  • Act as first point of contact for intranet questions
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications team and HR
  • Work with regional contacts to improve content and user experience
  • Support basic analytics for content and user experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
