Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years experience in aviation industry in technical support
  • •Prior experience with Outstanding Works or Maintenance (Part-145)
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French and German
  • •Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • •Customer-oriented
  • •Effective problem identification and solution
  • •Proven analytical and organizational ability

Tasks

  • •Manage and organize team activities
  • •Communicate with customers and third parties
  • •Create and deliver customer KPI reports regularly
  • •Supervise and roster the Technical Coordination team
  • •Adapt work distribution to technical teams
  • •Prepare work orders according to quality requirements
  • •Measure and analyze team KPIs: SQCDPTE, OTD/OQD
  • •Meet customer targets for lead time and milestones
  • •Ensure profitability targets are met
  • •Define and implement improvement actions
  • •Participate in recruiting new team members
