Requirements
- Degree in business or technical computer science or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in IT services with management responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT applications, particularly Microsoft 365, SAP, Citrix, and BMC Remedy
- Experience in IT project management and collaboration with partners
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high flexibility
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Tasks
- Manage and develop the service desk team
- Ensure IT operations in 1st and 2nd level support
- Oversee ticket management using ITSM tools
- Plan services and manage day-to-day operations
- Administer and assure quality of end devices
- Coordinate with IT teams and external providers
- Handle escalation management for malfunctions
- Enhance IT service processes following ITIL standards
- Monitor KPIs and track SLAs
- Support employee development and recruitment
- Onboard new team members in a structured manner
- Participate in international IT projects
