- Define the go-to-market strategy and business model
- Create a strong ecosystem for executing 3DCP projects
- Oversee end-to-end management of commercial 3DCP projects
- Manage lead generation and project completion
- Conduct contractual negotiations
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
- Monitor market trends and developments in 3DCP technologies
- Initiate development initiatives based on market insights
- Foster a collaborative working environment with internal teams
- Maintain and expand the stakeholder network of clients and partners
- Manage budgeting and resources for go-to-market projects
