- •Solid technical background in architecture, civil engineering, or related field

- •Experience in business development within construction sector
- •Extensive expertise in building materials and construction processes
- •Good knowledge of construction standards and building regulations in Germany
- •Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and presentation strength
- •High degree of responsibility, independence, and self-motivation
- •Flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Very good knowledge of German and English
- •Product management expertise in construction chemistry, connector technology, concrete products, or formwork industries
- •Experience in Lean Construction and construction site logistics
- •Affinity for automation and robotics

- •Identify growth potentials and opportunities for new business areas
- •Define the go-to-market strategy and business model

- •Manage lead generation and project completion
- •Conduct contractual negotiations
- •Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
- •Monitor market trends and developments in 3DCP technologies
- •Initiate development initiatives based on market insights
- •Foster a collaborative working environment with internal teams
- •Maintain and expand the stakeholder network of clients and partners
