- Vocational training with master craftsman qualification or degree in business administration, agriculture, mechanical engineering, or comparable subject
- Several years of professional experience in industrial company, ideally in logistics or blue collar environment
- Leadership experience (advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of business-related topics
- Familiarity with common Microsoft Office programs
- Team support and fostering learning environment
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement
- Confident decision-making
- Open, honest, and respectful communication
- Conflict readiness and transparent mistake handling
- Business fluent German
- Fluent English skills

Tasks
- Lead a team of approximately 20 employees
- Ensure high quality in equipment and sowing preparation processes
- Support team in day-to-day operations with expertise
- Provide team with necessary resources (staff, machinery, materials)
- Encourage continuous process and tool improvement
- Collaborate with R&D and Business Unit stakeholders
- Work closely with Elite Seed Warehouse leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and leverage synergies
