- Policy writing for risk management and business needs
- Ideally, recognized security certificate (e.g., CISSP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Defender Suite, XSIAM, and related security configurations/management (plus)
- Proven network or application security skills (bonus)
- English fluency (required)
- Ideal German speaking skills
Tasks
- Lead a small team of security engineers and incident responders
- Serve as the primary contact for security-related questions
- Advise teams during new projects
- Help teams understand security risks
- Suggest risk mitigation strategies
- Manage software vulnerabilities
- Assist teams in handling vulnerabilities
- Participate in security audits
- Set up monitoring processes to detect attacks
- Manage security-related incidents
- Draft security processes, policies, requirements, and guidelines
Work Experience

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
