Requirements
- At least 2 years leading cross-functional or analytical teams
- Mentoring peers and setting strategic direction
- Experience in data or product-driven environment
- 5+ years relevant working experience in data-intensive analytics role
- Experience working with raw data
- Experience in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Preference for e-commerce experience
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs
- Knowledge of KPI definition and measurement across customer journey
- Strong knowledge of analytics software languages
- Strong knowledge of statistical software languages
- Preferably Python
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices
- Comfortable working with onsite user behaviour data
- Defining tracking specifications for user actions
- Generating insights via advanced analytic models
- Comfortable building repeatable reporting pipelines
- Comfortable maintaining repeatable reporting pipelines
- Strong communication skills
- Strong data storytelling skills
- Ability to explain processes, choices, and insights to stakeholders
Tasks
- Lead product analysts in A/B testing and data analysis
- Support user research and advance data analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Design and implement data analyses to uncover user behavior patterns
- Combine quantitative data with qualitative user research
- Work with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve the product
- Guide the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests
- Develop and evaluate causal inference models
- Pilot GenAI tools for automating insights and summarizing feedback
- Lead analytical onboarding and mentorship
- Foster data fluency and strategic decision-making
