Description

As the analytical engine for the Size & Fit team, you'll bridge the gap between data science and business by turning complex experiments and A/B tests into actionable growth opportunities.

Requirements

• •5+ years experience in analytics
• •University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Quantitative Social Science, or related field
• •Advanced SQL skills and strong programming background
• •Expertise in data retrieval, exploration, and ETL pipelines
• •Communication prowess for technical and non-technical audiences
• •Data-driven storytelling and influence skills
• •Advanced statistical skills in causal inference and A/B testing
• •Drive to master new tools and techniques
• •Understanding of online platform economics and commercial KPIs
• •Hands-on mentality and adaptability to change
• •Skilled stakeholder management and problem-solving

Tasks

• •Generate and test hypotheses through quantitative analyses
