- Partner with CRM, Influencer, and Brand teams
- Drive incremental growth beyond siloed channels
- Work closely with Creative to build a scalable asset pipeline
- Integrate performance marketing into the broader B2C strategy
- Lead and develop a team of performance managers
- Set high standards for ownership and accountability
- Create a culture of impact, speed, and continuous improvement
