- Strong scientific leadership skills driving high-priority projects in global matrix structures
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities in complex, virtual, global environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, elevate capabilities, and foster trust, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills for virtual teams and matrix influence

- Ensure integration of scientific insights into development plans
- Represent Medical Affairs in governance bodies for strategic direction
- Drive global readiness for pivotal milestones in clinical trials
- Build and empower a high-performing team of Medical Leads
- Provide strategic direction for medical deliverables and evidence plans
- Establish and elevate standards for talent development and communication
- Support the Head of Pipeline Medical Affairs with transparent delegation
- Lead initiatives impacting multiple pipeline assets
- Leverage clinical and scientific expertise to guide evidence generation
- Strengthen engagement with external experts and medical stakeholders
- Collaborate with global matrix teams and external partners
