- Build and manage a brand creative testing roadmap with performance marketing
- Define clear playbooks for performance channels
- Maintain and evolve global brand standards
- Establish a simple governance model across markets
- Introduce practical tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to help teams produce on-brand work efficiently
- Lead brand insights and agency collaboration
- Lead creative briefing
- Support integrated campaign planning across TV, OOH, and Radio
