Requirements

  • •University degree in business, economics, finance, or comparable field
  • •8+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling
  • •At least 1 year of experience in leading a team
  • •Strong knowledge in financial planning, controlling, and cash management
  • •Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
  • •Analytical thinking and pragmatic action
  • •Confidence in working cross-functionally and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Bachelor's degree

7 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Lead and mentor the Controlling team
  • •Oversee financial planning and budgeting activities
  • •Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics teams
  • •Manage working capital, including liquidity and inventory
  • •Co-manage the month-end close process with accounting
  • •Analyze and monitor key financial KPIs
  • •Improve financial reporting tools and dashboards
  • •Ensure effective use of the ERP system (Oracle Fusion)
  • •Prepare business cases and scenario analyses
  • •Co-manage treasury topics and external relationships
