Tasks
- Manage production of hundreds of digital and print assets monthly
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 designers and 7-8 external freelancers
- Support team in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Run post-mortems and implement learnings
- Establish a data-driven design mindset
- Utilize digital analytics tools, testing, and research
- Develop hypotheses and testing plans for creative variations
- Align with conception and video teams on narratives and messaging
- Translate campaign ideas into channel-specific creative strategies
- Ensure brand and campaign consistency across all touchpoints
- Own and improve intake, briefing, scoping, and prioritization processes
- Implement a transparent service model for stakeholders
- Maintain an asset library and guardrails hub
- Standardize modular, channel-adaptive templates and design systems
- Define and automate project management and ticketing workflows
- Establish RACI and QA loops with relevant interfaces
- Own the creative tech-stack
- Drive efficiency in asset creation and localization using AI, Figma, Miro, Adobe, etc.
