Requirements

  • •3+ years in Collections, Financial Services, or high-volume Operations
  • •At least 1 year of direct leadership experience
  • •Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • •Ability to translate complex processes into simple steps
  • •Tech-savviness and analytical skills
  • •Proficiency in Excel
  • •Natural grasp of business process management
  • •Passionate, proactive, result-oriented leadership
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and German

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports and approximately 18 indirect reports
  • •Drive team growth, performance, and daily motivation
  • •Manage daily operations, including email and phone workflows
  • •Oversee payment allocation and account handovers
  • •Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes
  • •Actively support debt recovery efforts in DACH markets
  • •Engage with customers during critical recovery moments
  • •Utilize KPIs and data to foster a performance-driven culture
  • •Optimize collection strategies based on performance metrics
  • •Enhance management of External Debt Collection Agencies
