Requirements

  • 1+ year leading a team or driving complex GTM projects
  • Comfort with sales 'Ops' side
  • Understanding of Salesforce as source of truth
  • Ability to leverage tools to uncover bottlenecks
  • Performance drive through empathy and radical candor
  • Ability to build winning teams
  • Ability to prioritize accounts based on market signals
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in CEE or Nordic markets (plus)

  • Lead the Business Development team

  • Coach a high-performing BDR team
  • Dissect BDR calls
  • Refine BDR commercial judgment
  • Help BDRs advance to closing roles
  • Optimize lead routing with RevOps
  • Optimize data enrichment with RevOps
  • Optimize dashboarding with RevOps
  • Fix broken processes
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
  • Tailor go-to-market strategy per vertical
  • Identify future trending sectors in DACH/CEE/Nordics
  • Embed a culture of A/B testing
  • Use data to refine messaging
  • Use data to refine targeting
  • Bridge qualitative BDR feedback with quantitative systems
  • Champion the Global License to Operate
  • Ensure team collaboration with Industry Leads
  • Ensure team collaboration with Heads of Sales
  • Ensure team collaboration with Country Managers
  • Adhere to rules of engagement
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene
