Leading a DACH AE PRO team focused on CRM and customer engagement tools. 2+ years sales leadership experience required. RTT days off, 50% public transport reimbursement.
Requirements
- 5-8 years B2B sales experience in CRM, MarTech, or SaaS
- 2+ years sales management or team leadership
- Strong track record in SMB/Mid-Market sales cycles
- Native-level German and excellent English communication
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting experience
- Comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments
- Belief in opportunity despite not meeting all requirements
Tasks
- Lead and develop the DACH AE PRO team
- Drive consistent quota attainment and individual growth
- Coach and empower team through regular 1:1s and deal reviews
- Provide actionable feedback to team members
- Execute go-to-market strategy with Sales Director
- Ensure alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams
- Monitor and manage pipeline health
- Ensure strong forecasting accuracy and data hygiene
- Maintain deal progression
- Support full-cycle sales execution
- Ensure best practices and customer excellence
- Work with Marketing and Revops on pipeline generation
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Champion Brevo’s values and culture
- Create an environment of trust, transparency, and performance
