Requirements

  • Five years of experience in sales or existing customer management with SaaS B2B clients, ideally in a scale-up
  • Two to three years of experience in a managerial role with demonstrated team performance improvement through individual support and coaching
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex process structures
  • Proven track record of achieving strategic goals using KPIs
  • Communicative, highly organised, and able to establish goal-oriented working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent German language skills (C2)
  • English language skills (min. C1)

  • Optimize retention and expansion strategies
  • Maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Develop strategies for Customer Lifetime Value
  • Lead and coach 5 Account Managers
  • Foster a performance culture
  • Manage KPI reporting and forecasting
  • Derive strategic recommendations
  • Shape portfolio structuring
  • Implement Salesforce processes
  • Represent the Account Management Team internally
  • Act as a bridge to other units
  • Support complex contract negotiations externally
