Tasks

  • Support talent initiatives shaping employee experience
  • Coordinate projects like Employee Survey, Values Refresh, mentoring programs
  • Manage planetmondi access for the team
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, stakeholder lists, status updates
  • Create planetmondi news and LinkedIn posts
  • Track actions, manage dependencies, follow up with stakeholders
  • Plan global Employee Survey process
  • Coordinate survey logistics, prepare reporting outputs
  • Support action planning workflows
  • Roll out refreshed company values
  • Ensure consistency across communications and materials
  • Gather feedback, track adoption signals
  • Design and launch mentoring program
  • Coordinate participant communications, onboarding sessions
  • Track program participation, satisfaction, outcomes
  • Compile learnings, suggest improvements
  • Document processes, templates, playbooks
  • Maintain project documentation, shared resources
  • Support basic analysis, reporting
