- Coordinate projects like Employee Survey, Values Refresh, mentoring programs
- Manage planetmondi access for the team
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, stakeholder lists, status updates
- Create planetmondi news and LinkedIn posts
- Track actions, manage dependencies, follow up with stakeholders
- Plan global Employee Survey process
- Coordinate survey logistics, prepare reporting outputs
- Support action planning workflows
- Roll out refreshed company values
- Ensure consistency across communications and materials
- Gather feedback, track adoption signals
- Design and launch mentoring program
- Coordinate participant communications, onboarding sessions
- Track program participation, satisfaction, outcomes
- Compile learnings, suggest improvements
- Document processes, templates, playbooks
- Maintain project documentation, shared resources
- Support basic analysis, reporting
