  • •Ensure fairness and consistency in regional performance reviews
  • •Optimize the Personio performance management system and digital tools
  • •Create data dashboards to inform succession planning
  • •Support skills gap analysis and identify high-potential talent
  • •Align performance goals with learning and development initiatives
  • •Evaluate framework effectiveness and incorporate feedback for improvement
  • •Ensure performance framework compliance with local labor laws
