Tasks
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and tech roles
- Source candidates proactively beyond job postings
- Partner with hiring managers across product, engineering, and business
- Manage hiring expectations and communicate clearly
- Create a standout candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Implement AI-driven sourcing and candidate engagement tools
- Experiment with process automations to streamline hiring
- Support employer branding and community building
- Help tell Kittl’s story externally
- Coordinate and close hiring processes efficiently
