- Screen and assess potential candidates for fit
- Act as primary brand ambassador, providing timely feedback to candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases for accurate tracking
- Manage end-to-end candidate scheduling, coordinating interview loops
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career fairs, and forums
Education
- Currently in higher education
