Requirements
- •Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field
- •Experience in airborne EW or mission systems architecture
- •Conversion of scenarios into EW requirements and KPIs
- •Design of operational EW CONOPS and autonomous behavior
- •Understanding of sensor-to-effector chain and real-time constraints
- •Strong multi-sensor fusion and track correlation experience
- •Ownership of threat library or mission data architecture
- •Leadership in safety, assurance, and cyber/COMSEC considerations
- •Definition of EW test strategies and verification matrices
- •Ability to drive cross-functional and supplier governance

Tasks
- •Own the end-to-end airborne electronic warfare architecture
- •Define threat-driven capability roadmaps and system partitioning
- •Translate operational scenarios into verifiable system requirements
- •Establish the complete sensor-to-effector kill chain
- •Lead multi-sensor fusion architecture across RF and EO/IR systems
- •Architect threat library and mission data concepts
- •Establish system safety for autonomous electronic warfare actions
- •Drive digital engineering and performance modeling efforts
- •Define the master test and evaluation strategy
- •Coordinate cross-functional design decisions with internal teams
- •Manage technical trade-offs and supplier technical governance
- •Maintain ownership of key interfaces and ICDs
