- •Degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering
- •Experience delivering EO/IR targeting systems
- •Ability to translate mission scenarios into DRI requirements
- •Experience with sensor mode design and CONOPS
- •Integration of detection, tracking, and classification pipelines
- •Understanding of multi-sensor cueing and track association
- •Leadership in verification and test processes
- •Management of supplier technical control

Tasks
- •Lead end-to-end integration of airborne EO/IR targeting systems
- •Translate mission needs into specific sensor performance requirements
- •Define sensor modes and concepts of operations
- •Manage algorithm integration for detection and tracking pipelines
- •Ensure robust multi-sensor cueing with other onboard systems
- •Manage data interfaces and ICDs for mission computers
- •Plan and execute verification and flight test campaigns
- •Coordinate data interfaces with software and avionics teams
- •Oversee technical supplier control and specification reviews
- •Track technical issues to closure with objective evidence
- •Produce requirements, test plans, and flight readiness reports
