Tasks
- Administer, optimize, and govern laboratory informatics platforms (ELN, CDS)
- Operate, maintain, and monitor laboratory enterprise systems
- Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and compliance
- Set up efficient operations, monitoring, and measurement systems
- Customize and configure applications for business and scientific needs
- Establish and maintain governance policies and best practices
- Develop and maintain interfaces between laboratory and corporate systems
- Support laboratory hardware and software administration
- Configure measurement devices and instrument connectivity
- Troubleshoot laboratory hardware and software issues
- Lead or participate in vendor evaluations and system selection
- Implement new platforms, including planning and validation
- Onboard users to new systems
- Assess system performance, usage, and roadmaps
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations
- Coordinate system decommissioning activities
