Requirements
- BSc or MSc in electronics, telecommunication, robotics, software engineering, computer science, physics or equivalent
- 5+ years work experience as systems engineer, product owner, function engineer or equivalent
- Proven leadership and good judgment skills
- Automotive and/or truck industry development experience (ISO26262, Regulations, etc.)
- ASPIC experience
- Agile development environment experience
- Polarion / Doors experience
- Basic Matlab, Python or C/C++ programming skills
- Understanding of product development process
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good German language skills
Tasks
- Own features or system functionality
- Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements
- Manage and own stakeholder requirements
- Develop and clarify requirements with stakeholders
- Create and assign feature requirements
- Drive analysis of effort and cost for changes
- Coordinate and communicate function status with stakeholders
- Ensure feature delivery within scope, time, and quality
- Lead testing to calibrate feature functions for customers
- Analyze technical issues related to the function
- Verify issues in the vehicle through driving and testing
- Link core deliverables with project timing
- Compile process-oriented metrics on stakeholder-level
- Manage customer problem reports and support
- Compile prioritized list of open problem reports
- Verify fixed problem reports with customers and competencies
- Ensure compliance with APTIV processes and methods
