Requirements
- •Academic studies in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
- •Experience in design, development, and/or integration of radars, radar-based systems, or sensors for aircraft/aerospace vehicles
- •Comprehensive understanding of Systems Engineering methodologies and experience in application
- •Experience in system design, development, engineering, and/or integration of complex avionics systems
- •Previous experience with agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) advantageous
- •Team spirit and good communication skills
- •Experience in stakeholder/supplier management
- •Language skills: English business fluent/negotiation level, knowledge of German, French, or Spanish advantageous

Tasks
- •Develop and integrate radar systems for civil and military helicopters
- •Design radar systems based on requirements analysis and specifications
- •Define integration, verification, and validation strategies for radar systems
- •Support rig, ground, and flight tests of radar systems
- •Ensure system qualification and certification at the helicopter level
- •Manage suppliers to monitor technical requirements of development contracts
- •Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including project management and sales
- •Benchmark state-of-the-art radar systems and technologies
