- •Apply system engineering principles to subsystem architecture and design
- •Perform design assignments with initiative and resourcefulness
- •Deliver subsystem documentation including RSAD, TPS, and ICD
- •Define and implement functional and performance requirements for the subsystem
- •Integrate the subsystem into the train mechanically and electrically
- •Define mechanical and electrical interfaces for the subsystem
- •Verify the subsystem with a focus on train-level design reviews
- •Manage change and configuration processes for the subsystem
- •Control changes post-design, including impact analysis
- •Plan and track all activities related to the subsystem
- •Support sourcing, suppliers, and various engineering teams
- •Provide inputs to the engineering team and suppliers
