- Manage the R&D budget and ROI for the therapeutic area
- Oversee early-stage R&D initiatives from target identification to preclinical development
- Provide scientific leadership and collaborate with Operations and Business Development
- Represent Evotec’s expertise at customer events and scientific conferences
