Requirements

  • •Degree in sustainability, energy management, environmental sciences, or related fields
  • •Passion for data-driven and AI-powered sustainability and stakeholder collaboration
  • •Professional experience in decarbonization or climate protection, ideally automotive focus
  • •Experience leading international decarbonization programs in value chains
  • •Expertise in supply chain decarbonization, especially steel and electronics
  • •Knowledge in product development, CO2 footprinting, and circular economy
  • •Fluent German and English skills
  • •Experience leading international decarbonization programs along the value chain

  • •Lead and manage the strategic value chain decarbonization program
  • •Define and prioritize measures to reduce upstream emissions
  • •Develop strategies to adapt to climate change
  • •Monitor the decarbonization roadmap and climate transition plan
  • •Evaluate greenhouse gas reductions using data and analyses
  • •Coordinate cross-functional networks and teams
  • •Lead projects to ensure timely achievement of climate targets
  • •Implement climate protection activities and risk assessments
  • •Manage GHG accounting, target setting, and reporting
  • •Represent the company at international sustainability events
