Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or similar
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, testing, operations, or technical support
  • •Familiarity with cloud architecture and technology stacks (mobile, front-end, back-end)
  • •Knowledge of defect management, version control, ITIL framework, and SLA management
  • •Ability to troubleshoot online issues independently using monitoring and log analysis tools
  • •Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with customers
  • •Strong resilience under pressure and ability to drive issue resolution
  • •English and German proficiency at C1 level; additional languages are always a plus
  • •Experience in software maintenance for energy internet, photovoltaic, or energy storage industries
  • •International project experience
