Description

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including analyzing forecasts, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and quality standards.

Requirements

• •Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• •2-5 years of experience in material disposition
• •Ability to work in an independent and structured manner
• •Skilled working with SAP and MS Office
• •Very good language skills in German and English
• •Strong communication skills, ability to work both independently and in a team

Tasks

• •Analyze forecasts and align with Sales and Controlling
• •Process forecasts in SAP
• •Manage inventory effectively
• •Place orders and schedule delivery call-offs using SAP R/3
• •Track and monitor timely deliveries
• •Coordinate delivery dates and quantities with suppliers and the Customer Service Team
• •Analyze and present processes using SAP and MS-Office
• •Control and maintain master data and necessary documentation
• •Clarify quality matters with suppliers
• •Coordinate with the customs department and transport companies
• •Maintain close contact with suppliers
