Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data management and processing
  • Pharma experience
  • English and German skills on communicative level
  • Data Analysis and Reporting tools (Power BI, Fiori, SAC)
  • Process Mapping
  • Project Management
  • Document management (veeva, Kneat) and GDP
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Knowledge in GMP, ISO and regulatory compliance
  • Change Management
  • Communication Management

Tasks

  • Collect, clean, validate, and maintain supply chain and intralogistics data
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through governance practices
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards across systems
  • Leverage existing data repositories and analytics frameworks to maximize efficiency
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Design and implement metrics systems for performance evaluation
  • Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize resource allocation
  • Enhance insights and scalability of existing analytical models and tools
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring
  • Create visual outputs and compelling data stories for decision-making
  • Present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Reuse and improve existing reporting templates and visualization tools
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
  • Promote digitalization, standardization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure new solutions complement current systems and analytics capabilities
  • Generate comprehensive reports for strategic planning and operational excellence
