- Drive supply chain performance to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Manage productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Analyze data to identify trends and risks for business SIOP
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce risks
- Lead a team to support supply chain activities for the Oxygen Value Stream
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve supplier on-time delivery
- Manage execution of processes and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy
- Authorize purchase orders, negotiate prices, and approve payments
- Engage with various functional areas as part of an Integrated Project Team to resolve supply chain issues
- Serve as the supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding policies and procedures
