Requirements
- Proven experience in materials management or similar environment
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, risk assessment/mitigation & performance management
- Management experience of a team
- Proficient ERP experience, SAP highly preferred
- Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
- Experience working in the Aerospace industry is highly advantageous
- Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
- Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
Tasks
- Drive supply chain performance to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Manage productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Analyze data to identify trends and risks for business SIOP
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Lead a team to support supply chain activities for the Oxygen Value Stream
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations
- Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and improve supplier on-time delivery
- Execute processes and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy
- Authorize purchase orders and negotiate prices to support procurement
- Engage with various functional areas as part of an Integrated Project Team to resolve supply chain issues
- Serve as the supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding policies and procedures
