Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
- Experience with Amazon FBA operations highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tasks
- Own end-to-end supply chain for the category
- Manage inventory, out-of-stock, and cost metrics
- Align supply chain execution with revenue and growth targets
- Develop and implement category-specific supply chain strategies
- Lead special projects like integrations and cost optimization
- Plan weekly purchase orders, balancing demand and inventory
- Place and track POs to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and mitigate out-of-stock risks
- Recommend and own recovery plans for out-of-stock issues
- Optimize inventory turns while maintaining service levels
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PLs
- Ensure timely and cost-effective goods movement
- Resolve logistics issues and escalate risks with solutions
- Improve processes to reduce lead times and costs
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates
- Analyze KPIs: Fulfillment DoS, OOS %, Inventory Turns, E2E unit cost
- Offer insights to enhance category supply chain performance
- Orchestrate between commercial and supply chain teams
- Collaborate with Category Lead, Procurement, and Supply Planning
- Manage supplier relationships for reliability and cost competitiveness
- Coach and direct category-dedicated supply chain team members
- Clarify accountability and roles within the supply chain team
- Promote process consistency across categories
