- Senior logistics/fulfillment leadership experience (e-commerce, food delivery, meal kits, retail, CPG supply chain)
- Multi-country logistics operations management (multiple 3PLs, carrier partners)
- Warehouse process design and optimization (pick/pack, repack/kitting, layout, capacity planning)
- Cross-border and pan-European parcel networks experience (advantageous)
- Global matrix organization experience (plus)
- Analytical capability (KPIs, dashboards, root-cause problem solving)
- Planning discipline (S&OP, capacity, inventory)
- Excellent stakeholder management (align teams, challenge constructively, drive decisions)
- Strategic operator (design system and execute day-to-day)
- Comfortable moving fast (deliver outcomes in agile environment)
- Commercially sharp (understand unit economics, contract levers, scale with partners)
- Calm under pressure (handle peaks, incidents, fire-fighting, improve system)
