Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 3+ years experience in supply chain, program management, or management consulting
• Technical expertise in PMP, Agile, Lean PMO methodologies
• Strong SAP proficiency, in-depth IBP and S4HANA knowledge (highly preferred)
• Expertise in Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools
• Proven SAP IBP experience, strong hands-on usage
• Prior SAP IBP implementation projects involvement (highly preferred)
• Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience influencing senior executives
• Experience managing external vendors
• Accountability in complex supply chain projects

• Define process indicators for deviation analysis
• Drive global performance optimization
• Identify best practices from high-performing SCM teams
• Replicate best practices across SCM
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Co-develop training programs
• Map and analyze current end-to-end SC processes
• Optimize cross-functional processes across Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Framework, Logistics, Inventory, and Plant Logistics
• Promote global standardization of processes, policies, and metrics
• Simplify processes
• Eliminate inefficiencies
• Represent SCM in internal and external audit activities
• Lead process improvement workshops using formal problem-solving tools
• Co-define system requirements for planning, analytics, and operational tools
• Co-lead implementation and global deployment of business-aligned SC systems
• Support digital transformation using AI, data analytics, and automation
• Evaluate and recommend new SCM systems
• Support and deliver business-defined SCM and cross-functional projects
• Ensure project execution meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations
• Act as a subject matter expert for SCM initiatives
• Serve as a core team member for SCM initiatives
• Represent SCM in cross-functional initiatives
