- •3+ years experience in supply chain, program management, or management consulting
- •Expertise in project and program management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean PMO)
- •Proficiency in SAP, IBP, S4HANA, Microsoft applications, and BI tools
- •Experience with SAP IBP and implementation projects
- •Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
- •Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- •Stakeholder management and leadership skills
- •Experience managing external vendors and driving accountability
- •Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
- •Proactive mindset balancing strategy with execution

- •Optimize cross-functional planning and logistics workflows
- •Promote global standardization of policies and metrics
