- Handle purchase requests to PO placement
- Ensure quality of received parts
- Identify and register new suppliers
- Issue RFQs
- Negotiate pricing and lead times
- Initiate and track POs
- Build internal PO management system
- Implement order registration and delivery tracking
- Align documentation to company policies
- Develop supplier selection process
- Optimize for cost, lead time, and compliance
- Make supplier process accessible to LDRS team
- Monitor market trends for technologies
- Support long-term project budget planning
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Adhere to safety regulations and cleanroom requirements
- Produce detailed procurement documentation
- Maintain delivery notes, certificates, and warranty records
- Lead team meetings with technical reports
- Support team with procurement insights
- Collaborate with Finance on PO approvals
- Manage supplier payments
- Track project budgets
