Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- Ability to analyze and interpret planning, inventory, and supply data
- Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment
- Demonstrated success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations
- Experience in e-commerce environment
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning
- Ensure accurate forecasts
- Maintain optimal inventory levels
- Achieve strong product availability
- Minimize out-of-stock risks
- Improve stock rotation
- Manage forced purchases
- Embed data-driven forecasting processes
- Embed data-driven planning processes
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Continuously improve planning efficiency
- Continuously improve overall performance
- Manage supplier relationships
- Secure supply continuity
- Mitigate supply risks
- Strengthen operational collaboration
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports
- Develop a team of 5 direct reports
- Lead approximately 35 indirect colleagues

- Foster capability building within teams
