- Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports)
- Foster team capability building
- Drive high team performance
- Act as a key connector across the organization
- Drive strong internal stakeholder management
- Align demand, supply, and operational priorities
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations
- Ensure seamless coordination of demand plans
- Ensure supply continuity
- Ensure warehouse capacity alignment
- Engage with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain
